Buy Sell New and Used Musical Instruments

Policy
Orders
There are no minimum order requirements. All orders are shipped within
5 days upon verification. Most orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise
specified.
Back Orders
Unfortunately
back orders are sometimes unavoidable. You will be notified if an instrument
is temporally out of stock and given the opportunity to request that that
item be shipped when available at the price advertise. Back orders Cancellations
is automatic if not shipped within 30 days of request.
Quality Defects
If any item shipped to you has defects in workmanship or materials on arrival
please notify us within 5 days od receipt for a Return Authorization.
Defective Goods will be repaired or exchanged at our options as Warranted.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All freight damage claims must be handled through the freight carrier's
claims department. Contact Norms Music I immediately and request
a damage inspection. Save all cartons and packing material until
the carrier has inspected them.
RETURNS
No returns are accepted with out Prior Written Authorisation.
*No
returns are accepted Freight Collect.
Merchandise
over 30 day will not be accepted for credit
Returned
merchandise must be in original, unaltered condition when it reaches our
warehouse.
*Defective
merchandise will be repaired or exchanged at our option as warranted.
*Warranty
Returns are limited by the terms of the Norms Music Limited Warranty.
-Seconds
and close-outs are sold "As Is, Sale Items are final all with No Return."
*A
20% restocking fee may be applied to returned merchandise.
*A
handling charge will be applied to unauthorised returns and refused shipments.
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS
To request a Return Authorisation (R/A), please call us and specify the
nature of the problem, defect, or error. Some problems can be resolved
over the phone, so it is important to be specific.
When
a return is authorised, you will receive an, R/A number be SURE to mark
carton All R/A numbers on the outside of the carton. All R/A Numbers are
valid for thirty days
Be
sure to pack the item carefully for safe return. Remember you own the item
If the instrument is damaged in transit to us and if the freight carrier
denies the damage claim on the return item due to inadequate packing
or other reasons The item will not be excepted By Norms Music For return
Repair or exchange. This policy applies to all returns.

CALL TAGS
A CALL TAG MAY BE ISSUED FOR MISS SHIPMENTS OR FOR MERCHINDISE WHICH IS
CLEARLY DEFECTIVE APON ARRIVAL.Errors and quality problems must be reported
within 5 days of receipt.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Terms of the Norms Music Warranty: Please read the Limited Warranty carefully.
Instruments are covered by a one-year Limited Warranty against defects
in workmanship
and
materials to the original retail purchaser. Specific remedies include
repair or replace-at our option.
The
customer is responsible for freight both ways
Some
Items such as string and natural skin heads and some types of defects such
as natural finish ageing are specifically excluded. Abuse natural wear,
normal changes due to climate, Preventable Weather caused crack and seam
separation are also excluded
Call
us and explain the nature of the problem. Please be specific. If
possible, have the instrument in front of you when you call this will make
it easier to provide us with detailed information. Also, you will
need to know the date and number of the receipt on which you purchased
the item. Please have this information ready when you call.
Finally, include a copy of your receipt of the merchandise. |
