NORMS Food Truck

You plan the event and we will take care of the cooking! Whether it’s a corporate picnic, community event or social gathering, our food truck is a great way for your guests to enjoy NORMS classics without leaving the party! Our food truck is completely self-contained, equipped with generators, and operated and staffed completely by Norms!

Areas of Operation

NORMS Food Truck is only available in the following counties:

Los Angeles


  • NORMS food truck is booked on a “first come, first served” basis. We advise you to book your event a minimum of one month in advance, if not sooner, to guarantee availability. Longer lead times are always beneficial, especially for weekend functions.

  • To reserve a date, we must have a signed contract and a $500 deposit to confirm the event. The deposit will go towards your overall event total. Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. To pay a bill or make a payment, please contact us at 855-49NORMS.

Cost / Payment

  • There is a $1,500 food and beverage minimum to secure the NORMS food truck. A $500 deposit is needed to confirm the event and will go toward your overall food and beverage total due.

  • The cost of your event will be determined by the amount of food used plus sales tax and miscellaneous charges such as additional food, event overtime, etc.

  • Final payment must be submitted three days before your event, by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. To pay a bill or make a payment, please contact us at 855-49NORMS. Any additional fees that may be added onsite at the event, can be taken care of once the event is complete.

  • Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified no less than 60 days prior to your event.

Space Requirements & Permits

  • When deciding where the NORMS food truck is to be parked, please allow for maneuverability and consider the following:

The truck requires 60 feet of parking space, with 14 feet overhead clearance and 11 feet wide clearance.

The truck should be parked on a firm, level surface.

Be sure to keep clear approximately 28 feet in width for the trailer to depart.

  • Please be aware that some areas may be inaccessible due to narrow or steep roads or driveways and low overhanging trees.

  • You are responsible for obtaining the food truck location and any necessary permits. A map of how to get to your location and where you want the truck placed is appreciated. NORMS maintains the right to relocate the truck if the site is not suitable.

What we provide

  • NORMS provides the food truck, product, staff and a condiment service table. All food will come in disposable paper products served with the proper disposable cutlery and napkins.

  • Tables, chairs, trash cans, etc., are your responsibility along with obtaining any necessary permits through your city.
