What is NORMS 24/7 REWARDS?
NORMS 24/7 REWARDS is our new loyalty reward app that allows you to earn rewards and offers throughout the year at all NORMS locations.

How do I get started?
Download the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. You can begin using the app immediately.

How does NORMS 24/7 REWARDS work?
With any qualifying restaurant purchase, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
When you have earned 100 points, you will receive a $10 reward. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase.

Why does the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.

What if I don’t have a mobile device or don’t want to have the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app on my phone?
The NORMS 24/7 REWARDS is only available via the app. You can still get special offers when you sign up to our NORMS Nation Email Club or join our Text Club.

How do you use my personal and purchase information?
We do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.

How do I earn points?
Every receipt from NORMS will have a Barcode printed at the bottom. Simply open your NORMS app, tap ‘Earn’ and use your device’s camera to scan the Barcode.

How much time do I have to scan my receipt Barcode and earn points until it expires?
You have a maximum of 72 hours to scan your receipt Barcode to earn points.

Is there a limit to how many receipts I can scan within a given time?
Yes, you can scan up to 2 receipts in a 24 hour timeframe, no sooner than 4 hours from one another.

What is the maximum reward $ amount I can redeem at one time?
The maximum reward amount that can be redeemed is $50 per day (24 hour period).

The Barcode didn’t scan. What can I do?
Please take a photo of the receipt and send it into NORMS using the “Need Help?” feature of the app.

I have an account but didn’t have the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app with me when I purchased. Can I still earn points?
Yes! Be sure to save your receipt. Each receipt has a NORMS 24/7 REWARDS Barcode that can be scanned to earn your points for your purchase. See above for how to scan.

How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your account balance at any time by opening the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app and tapping “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen. You will see the points meter and how close you are to reaching 100 points.
You can also tap “Inbox” to view any rewards you have earned.

Do I earn points for catering orders?
Yes! You can earn points but only on in-restaurant catering pick-up orders. Points cannot be earned on any online or delivery catering order.

My receipt was for higher than the points I received, why?
You earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

Can I give the cashier my phone number to apply my points to account?
No, all points must be applied via the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app.

Besides points, are there other ways to get free food and discounts?
From time to time we provide special rewards and offers for our members. Be sure to open our emails and check the “Inbox” section of our app so you don’t miss any offers or rewards!

I earned a $10 reward, how do I redeem it?

To redeem, follow these simple steps:

  • If you’re at a NORMS Restaurant, open the 24/7 REWARDS app before paying the cashier
  • Tap the Redeem button
  • Select your Reward
  • Select the amount of your Reward you would like to apply to your purchase
  • Tap Redeem
  • Confirm the amount by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up screen and a QR Code will appear on your device that the cashier will scan when you check out. Your Reward will be applied to your order. Please Note: You only have 2 hours to use the QR Code once you select the Redeem button.
  • If placing an order through the 24/7 REWARDS app, on the Payments screen select Redeem under Available Offers. Apply your available Reward or offer to your order.
  • If placing an order on NORMS.com, be sure to Sign In (top right corner) before placing your order. Once on the Checkout screen, apply your available reward or offer which will be listed under 24/7 Rewards section.

My purchase total is less than my $10 reward. Can I redeem part of it now and the rest later?
Yes, you can use part of your reward and the balance will be saved to your account for redemption towards a future purchase.

If I earn more than one reward, can I save them and use them later?
Rewards can be saved but only one can be redeemed per transaction and rewards expire.

I have multiple rewards; can I apply them all to one purchase to cover the cost of most of my purchase?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction. Redeeming two or more rewards in a single purchase is not allowed.

I purchased a NORMS gift card, can I earn points?
Points are earned for food and beverage purchases only. Points are not earned on Gift Card Purchases, Merchandise Purchases, Sales Tax, or any other non-food & beverage items. However, if you have a Norms Gift Card and wish to use it to pay for your order, you will earn points as long as you are a 24/7 Rewards member.

Why does the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app ask to use my camera? And, can I turn it off?
In order to earn points with the Barcode, your device camera is needed to view and scan the Barcode. You can turn off the camera in your settings but you will need to manually enter the Barcode numbers each time you wish to earn points for purchases.

My app is frozen and won’t advance to next screen. What do I do?
Try logging out of your account and then closing the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app on your device. Restart the app and begin using it as usual. If the problem persists, select the “Need Help” tab in the app main menu and select “Report Technical Issues.” Provide details of your technical difficulty and submit.

None of these situations apply and I still don’t know why I didn’t earn points. What can I do?
Please log into the NORMS 24/7 REWARDS app. Select the main menu by tapping the list icon in the upper left corner of your screen and tap “Need Help?” Select the “Contact Guest Services” button and complete the Contact Us form. For technical difficulties with the app, select “Report Technical Issue” and complete the auto-generated email by explaining your situation, location you visited and receipt number. We will respond within 5 business days to help resolve your situation.

Is there a limit to how many devices and logins I can use at a given time?
Yes, the limit is one device and one login at a time.

Do my Banked Rewards expire?
Yes, your earned Banked Rewards will expire after 60 days.

Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 6 months of no-activity.
